Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Build relationships with customers and distributors and support business growth opportunities.
• Translate customer briefs into suitable fragrance recommendations with support from technical experts when required.
• Coordinate fragrance projects, including sample submissions, customer feedback, and project follow-up.
• Prepare customer presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Support the use of digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and project management.
• Assist with quotations, pricing processes, and commercial execution.
• Capture market insights and maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Fragrance, Technical, and Customer Service functions.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, account management, or project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Passion for fragrances, consumer products, and customer engagement.
