Scheduler/Dispatcherto join our fast-paced team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating transportation for patients—many of whom may be elderly, disabled, or require wheelchairs or gurneys—to and from medical appointments and other engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers, clients, and medical facilities.
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch NEMT drivers and vehicles to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Utilize dispatch software (e.g., MediRoutes) to monitor trip status and respond to schedule changes or issues.
- Provide empathetic and effective customer service, especially when interacting with patients who may have special needs.
- Resolve scheduling challenges and adapt to changing conditions or emergencies.
- Accurately document operational activities in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)– Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work independently or collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, GPS, and mobile applications
- Positive attitude, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with clients
- Previous dispatch or scheduling experience is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
