Scrub Master Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) to lead multiple Agile software development teams within a SaaS environment. This role focuses on driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum processes, coaching teams, and ensuring successful software delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, promoting Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
• Monitor sprint velocity, project milestones, risks, and team performance.
• Remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and improve team collaboration.
• Drive Agile process improvements and provide regular project status updates.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience, preferably within SaaS product development.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple Agile teams across different geographic locations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree and CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
