What will you be doing?Â
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across our Data and Technology teams. Based in Kosovo, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, improving team performance, removing delivery impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Â
The ideal candidate will have experience working with data, software development, digital transformation, or technology delivery teams, helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Â
This role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for enabling teams to perform at their best.Â
Accountabilities and Deliverables:Â
Agile Delivery FacilitationÂ
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Â
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.Â
Support teams in maintaining a sustainable delivery pace while achieving sprint commitments.Â
Promote Agile best practices and encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.Â
Improve the maturity of the teams’ Agile adoption. Improving areas such as estimation, use of DevOps, continuous improvement, collaboration, delivery cadence and agile ceremony participation.Â

Delivery ManagementÂ
Build, track and monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.Â
Identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting delivery performance.Â
Manage teams’ backlogs including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and management with the SVP – Data & Technology and Team Leads.Â
Ensure delivery risks, dependencies, and issues are identified and escalated appropriately.Â
Work closely with technical leads, engineers, analysts, and product teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.Â

Stakeholder EngagementÂ
Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Â
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between teams and business stakeholders.Â
Facilitate discussions that drive alignment, decision-making, and problem resolution.Â
Build strong relationships across Data, Technology, and Business functions.Â

Continuous ImprovementÂ
Drive retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are implemented and tracked.Â
Use delivery insights and team metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation.Â
Support the adoption of Agile tooling and delivery governance standards.Â
Champion a learning culture that promotes innovation and knowledge sharing.Â

Team Support & CoachingÂ
Mentor team members in Agile practices and self-organisation.Â
Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment.Â
Support new starters in understanding team processes and delivery methodologies.Â

Qualifications
Essential Skills & ExperienceÂ
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.Â
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks.Â
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across cross-functional teams.Â
Ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers and dependencies.Â
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Â
Experience using Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.Â
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Â
Ability to analyse delivery metrics and use data to drive improvement initiatives.Â

Desirable Skills & ExperienceÂ
Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, BI, data governance, data platform, or software development teams.Â
Experience working in a cloud-based technology environment (Azure preferred).Â
Understanding of data lifecycle management, data quality, data integration, or data products.Â
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development approaches.Â
Experience working within PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or scaled Agile environments.Â
