Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile processes and enable teams with appropriate tools, methods and guidelines.

• Facilitate Scrum teams during sprints and support effective collaboration.

• Support project and sprint planning through guidance, training, tools and documentation.

• Manage and optimize delivery flow using Scrum and Kanban practices and measures.

• Support continuous improvement of team efficiency, quality and delivery.

• Develop Agile teams, support the Agile mindset and contribute to the Agile community of practice.

• Manage cost allocation and oversee budget planning, monitoring and invoicing within the Value Stream.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.

• Deep understanding of Scrum values, principles, and practices.

• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams towards self-organization.

• Ability to build effective relationships with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

• Fluent English.

Salary: Final compensation depends on the candidate‘s location and experience, taking into account country-specific employment costs and regulations.

Lithuania: 4500-6100 EUR gross/month

Latvia/Estonia: 3900-5400 EUR gross/month
