Scrum Master

We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead several teams on an enterprise account. You'll be the glue holding everything together—someone who understands software development deeply, knows Agile inside and out, and genuinely enjoys making teams perform better.

You're also the bridge between the team and the outside world. You'll resolve impediments, partner with clients to keep delivery on track, and promote Agile practices across the organization. Most importantly, you're a natural advocate for your team—someone who shields them from unnecessary friction while maintaining a positive, energizing atmosphere.

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• Excellent understanding of the software development process

• Excellent understanding of Agile & Scrum principles

• Plus 4 years in a similar position

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Excellent English skills

• Great organizational and project management skills

• Previous experience in a technical role

• Previous experience working on multiple projects

We will be working together on the following:

• Facilitating events and ceremonies to ensure team performance on an enterprise account, for two teams

• Documenting meeting summaries, outcomes, decisions etc

• Coaching the team by recognizing strength and improvement areas

• Building a team environment that fosters collaboration and performance

• Following the project roadmap and resolving impediments

• Consulting and partnering up with clients to ensure delivery

• Promoting Agile principles throughout the organization

• A natural communicator and team advocate who fosters a positive, collaborative environment while actively shielding the team from external distractions and unnecessary friction

• Proficiency in requirements engineering, with hands-on experience in ticket validation and refinement. You'll be responsible for ensuring our backlog items are clear, actionable, and meet our definition of ready before the team commits to them
