Microsoft Copilot Engineer

You might be our missing piece if you have:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, including the ability to configure and build agents following documented instructions and templates.

• Foundational experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), creating simple flows and apps under guidance.

• Familiarity with the M365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive, and an understanding of how these services interconnect.

• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for straightforward technical issues

• A sense of belonging while reading about our culture.

We would be thrilled if you have:

• Exposure to Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code.

• Foundational familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps.

• Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

We will be working together on:

• Building and configuring Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents based on designs and specifications provided by senior team members.

• Integrating Copilot solutions with M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and connecting them to Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Implementing Power Automate automations and low-code/no-code solutions following established patterns and templates.

• Executing testing, deployment, and monitoring tasks for Copilot solutions.

• Preparing process documentation, workflow maps, and demo or presentation materials for stakeholder reviews.
