We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Tryzens. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies and driving successful Agile transformations.
Recent experience in coaching and mentoring teams to improve Agile adoption and Continuous Improvement.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and how it relates to Agile methodologies.

Preferences will be given to candidates with:

General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Work with Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
