Scrum Master – Service Platform & Automation

We are now looking for a Scrum Master who thrives on enabling teams to succeed and is motivated by creating effective ways of working that support innovation, collaboration, and delivery.

About the role

As a Scrum Master, you will support the continued development of Telenor’s Nordic Service Platform and automation landscape. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Operations teams, you will help create the conditions for high-performing teams and efficient delivery.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with experience from project coordination, delivery management, consulting, software development, or similar environments who wants to further develop within Agile leadership and Scrum.

What you will work on

You will play a key role in supporting agile teams, helping them maintain focus, strengthen collaboration, and continuously improve how they deliver value. Working across development, operations, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to creating an environment where teams can perform at their best.

The role combines facilitation, coordination, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on enabling effective teamwork and delivery.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile ways of working

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on planning and prioritization

• Help teams identify and remove impediments while driving continuous improvement
