- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and sealing brick streets and sidewalks

- Remove debris, weeds, and overgrowth from bricks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance or construction role preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent bending, lifting, and standing
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age or old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
