About the Role:

This is a seasonal, entry-level position designed to support our field teams while providing exposure to the residential construction process. You would work alongside our Foremen, Construction Managers, and skilled trades, helping keep job sites organized and moving efficiently.

This role is a great fit for someone exploring a future in construction — or simply looking for a meaningful, hands-on summer experience.

What You’d Do:

• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization
• Help move materials, tools, and equipment around the site
• Support Foremen and trades with basic construction tasks
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and accessibility across the job site
• Help prepare for daily work activities, inspections, and meetings
• Learn to use basic tools and equipment under supervision
• Gain exposure to different phases of residential construction
