Seasonal Support - Camps Marketing

Overview

Scope of Position: The Seasonal Support, Marketing – Camp assists in the execution of WinShape Camps’ marketing efforts by supporting the design and management of marketing material production. This individual plays a key role in supporting WinShape Camps for Communities hosts through graphic design and print vendor management for an array of marketing materials.

This assignment is expected to last from December 2026 through May 2027.

Reports to: Manager, Marketing – Camps

Responsibilities

• Designs and produces print marketing materials for hosts across the country using established templates and brand guidelines
• Maintains high attention to detail while managing multiple print projects and production timelines
• Coordinates with internal team members, church hosts, and print vendors to ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality print materials
• Assists with creative updates and layout adjustments to existing design templates as needed
• Ensures consistency in design execution and visual identity across all print deliverables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Some college coursework or experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
• Basic familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
• Ability to work within established templates and brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work with accuracy and consistency
• Organized and dependable with strong time-management skills
• Adheres and commits to the policies, procedures, and values set forth by WinShape Camps and the WinShape Foundation

Skillsets:

• Comfortable modifying design templates to fit specific host or project needs
• Able to manage multiple print projects, vendor timelines and production details simultaneously
• Collaborative and responsive when working with internal team members, church hosts and print vendors
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems or processes quickly
• Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization with excellence in creative execution
