Your day combines hands-on cooking with operational support. You assist the Chef, help coordinate daily food production and step in wherever support is needed. You prepare ingredients, cook dishes, monitor quality and help keep kitchen workflows efficient. During busy service times, you help ensure everything runs smoothly and standards are maintained.

This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. An EU passport is required.

Requirements

What you need for this role

This position requires previous experience in a professional kitchen. You should understand food preparation, hygiene standards and how a kitchen operates during service. You’re reliable, organised and able to support both the Chef and the rest of the team when things get busy. Good English skills are required for daily communication in an international kitchen.
