Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard – Residential Condominium in Downtown Toronto, ON

Position: Security Guard – Residential Condominium

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON

Payrate: $19.63 per hour

Status: Part-time

Shift: Friday & Saturday | 8:00PM – 4:00AM | Overnight

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard – Residential Condominium to oversee one of our residential sites in Downtown Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service, willing to work overnight shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential concierge security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
• Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunction.
• Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year Residential Concierge Security experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
