You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.
Your Location:
- In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
- 500 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
- Availability for after hours on call rotation, as assigned
Your Manager:
- Mark, Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Install and wire low-voltage security systems - CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Service and maintain LV systems: Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Networks
- Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
- Respond to and resolve support/service tickets
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Maintain remote access databases: DVR, Access Control and Alarm systems
- Train clients on use of systems
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm system installation and service
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems and access control platforms
