As a Security Officer - Active DoD Secret Clearance in Miamisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery credentials, maintain accurate visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles in accordance with location procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the perimeter; report unusual conditions, damaged property, and policy concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site procedures.
Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through a professional presence, observation, and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
