As a Security Officer Full Time 1st Shift in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will use strong communication and customer service skills while contributing to a reliable, caring team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, vehicle yards, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
