Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Clearance Required in Malibu, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
