Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Allentown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Age Requirement:

• All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for employment. This requirement is in accordance with [specific regulations or company policies, if applicable].

Security Experience:

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. This experience should be documented and verifiable through previous employment or training programs.

Driver's License:

• A valid driver's license is required for all candidates, in compliance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements. Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license during the application process.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs.
• Maintain a professional presence while helping to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and disruptive behavior across the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least six months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
