Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Retail in Encino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activity as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, lobbies, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for tenants and guests.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation using site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
