Job Description

As a Security Officer High Rise in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will create a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, managing entry procedures, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to maintain an orderly environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, maintaining visitor logs, and directing individuals to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor building access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support lobby and reception operations by answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
