As a Front Desk Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control, assist with badge-related processes, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify credentials and appointments, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor the front desk area, access points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Support a professional reception environment at a manufacturing and industrial location by directing guests, answering phones, and communicating security-related information clearly.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
