Security Operation Departement Head

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other managers to determine operational needs
• Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI target
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
• Review reports on incidents of IT security attack
• Analyze and investigate to resolve issues IT security attack
• Create reports for management on IT security status
• Responsible in operational User Management and SOC team
• Lead security operations focused on information technology environments, including network, cybersecurity, and endpoint security oversight
• Prepare management reporting on overall IT security posture and operational status
• Support operational user management and SOC team effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Having knowledge in operational antivirus, SIEM, patch management, DLP, anti-DDoS, sandbox, and AI security technologies
• Minimum 5 years experience in information technology security operations
• Strong experience in information technology security operations across network security, cybersecurity, and endpoint security
• Experience working with senior internal stakeholders, including reporting security posture to management, escalating major incidents, and reviewing KPI performance with leadership
• Eligible to work in Indonesia
• Experience at department head level in security operations is a plus
• Experience leading a team is a plus
• Having security certification is advantaged
