We are looking for a Security Operations Engineer to support, maintain, and improve the systems and platforms used by our Security Department. This role will be responsible for Microsoft environment administration, internal security systems management, system availability monitoring, integrations between security platforms, technical incident resolution, automation, documentation, and internal technical support.

This role will be responsible for Microsoft environment administration, internal security systems management, system availability monitoring, integrations between security platforms, technical incident resolution, automation, documentation, and internal technical support.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft administration, and the ability to support security operations through reliable systems, automation, and process improvement.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday from 14:00 till 22:00

Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft management (managing users, groups, roles, conditional access policies, MFA)
- Administration of internal systems developed for the security department
- Continuous monitoring of systems and ensuring their availability (uptime)
- Configuration and maintenance of integrations between security platforms
- Managing technical incidents related to the department’s systems
- Automating repetitive operational processes (scripts, workflows)
- Applying updates, patches, and security configurations
- Collaborating with the security team to optimize workflows
- Documenting procedures, configurations, and system architecture
- Internal technical support for users within the department
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Admin
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (Zero Trust, MFA, SSO, RBAC)
- Experience with Windows/Linux system administration
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, firewall)
- Mindset oriented toward automation and optimization
