• Manage and lead the security team, ensuring clear direction, feedback, and development.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
• Plan and monitor labour hours, ensuring coverage within budget.
• Handle administrative tasks
• Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
• Prepare for audits and inspections, ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
• Provide accurate reports on productivity, compliance, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
• Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to motivate and mentor staff, fostering a cohesive team
• Ability to promote safety and security culture.
• Attention to detail with a data‑driven approach.
• Flexible thinker, able to adapt to change and tight schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting skills.
• Financial awareness to support budgeting and reporting.

Previous experience in aviation security and compliance is desirable
