Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

Finish Carpentry

Install interior and exterior trim, millwork, cabinetry, and shelving.

Hang doors and install windows, ensuring proper fit and function.

Build and install staircases and railings.

Repair and restore historical or damaged woodwork.

Build and install cabinetry
Safety and Compliance
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.
- Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of documented experience as a Journeyman Carpenter
Demonstrable expertise in both rough and finish carpentry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and layout instructions.
Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
