Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate with Financial Management Services (FMS), Independent Facilitators, regional center staff, and service providers.
  • Recruit, screen, and place candidates in Self-Determination Program roles
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires
  • Serve as the main point of contact and support for families regarding staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate records of placements, schedules, and performance
  • Support payroll processing and assist with timecard management
  • Monitor program compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and funding requirements.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational efforts to promote understanding of the Self-Determination Program.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Self-Determination program experience
  • Professional communication and prompt follow-through
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
