About this role

Diaceutics PLC is a diagnostic-driven therapy commercialization company. For 20 years we have built the intelligence and engagement solutions that help biopharma see where eligible patients are emerging, engage the HCPs and labs shaping treatment decisions, and move faster from diagnostic activity to therapy adoption. The therapies we support touch 1 in 10 American lives - 30 to 40 million patients a year - across 700+ diagnostic-driven therapies, backed by a network of 600+ US labs and clients including AbbVie, AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Pfizer and Roche.

Our portfolio brings together Intelligence Solutions (Signal, Insight Services, and Practice Gaps launching soon) and Engagement Solutions (Physician Engage, Expert Exchange, Lab Engage, Scientific Engagement, Precision Medicine Educators), connected through Relay - a partnership model built for precision medicine - and powered by the DXRX platform and Reveal engine. We are headquartered in Jersey City, NJ (US) and Belfast, UK, and we are moving into our next chapter under a Precision for All ambition: a future where every eligible patient is identified, diagnosed and receives the right therapy at the right time. This role sits inside the marketing function we are building to scale that ambition.

Role Summary

This is a senior builder role. Diaceutics is investing in a step-change in account-based marketing capability, and we are hiring a Senior ABM Manager to design the function, lead it end-to-end, and grow the team behind it. You will set the strategy and playbook for both Tier 1 (enterprise white-glove, multi-thread campaigns for our top-tier strategic accounts) and Tier 2 (focused, programmatic ABM for mid-tier strategic accounts). Initially, this will be a highly hands-on role, with responsibility for personally building, launching, and delivering flagship ABM programs while establishing measurable proof points for future investment. Success in demonstrating engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact will form the foundation for hiring, developing, and leading a team of ABM Specialists to scale execution behind you.

You will partner directly with VP Sales and enterprise account leadership on joint account planning, deal momentum and forecast confidence, and you will own ABM impact reporting through engagement-to-pipeline-to-revenue attribution from day one.

This is an excellent role for a senior operator who has built and led ABM at scale before - set the bar, shape the team, prove the case, and grow the function. Prior Senior ABM Manager or Head of ABM experience is expected; pipeline-impact metrics in past roles will matter, and theoretical familiarity will not be enough.

What we're looking for

A senior role with real strategic weight from day one, contributing directly to Diaceutics Precision For All ambition. Direct collaboration and executive visibility across Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success leadership. Career development tied to the function's growth, competitive total compensation package, hybrid working, and a strong culture of clinical and commercial excellence

  • Own the ABM strategy end-to-end: account selection methodology, Tier 1 / Tier 2 architecture, measurement framework, and investment case

  • Build and continuously evolve the Tier 1 enterprise white-glove playbook - bespoke multi-thread plays for top-tier strategic accounts

  • Build and scale the Tier 2 programmatic playbook - segmented, scaled programmatic ABM for mid-tier strategic accounts

  • Own the ABM measurement framework - engagement-to-pipeline-to-revenue attribution — and drive continuous improvement of pipeline contribution and deal velocity

  • Lead, coach and develop a small team of ABM Specialists (Tier 1 + Tier 2) - hire, onboard, set standards, run performance rhythm

  • Partner directly with VP Sales and enterprise account leadership on joint account planning, deal momentum, forecast confidence and go-to-market prioritization

  • Coordinate with Customer & Partner Marketing on bespoke customer-evidence assets per account, and with PM Managers (Intelligence + Engagement) on account-tailored proposition collateral

  • Be proficient in martech architecture, including HubSpot, account engagement scoring, intent signals, and attribution modelling.

  • Represent the ABM function at the Quarterly Growth System Review and shape ExCo-level investment and prioritization decisions

  • Contribute to the broader Growth Marketing strategy alongside peer Senior Managers - lifecycle, events, content - driving system-level pipeline and revenue outcomes

What you will need

  • 8-12 years B2B marketing experience, of which at least 5-7 years dedicated ABM

  • Prior Senior ABM Manager or Head of ABM experience - you have already led an ABM function, not just executed within one

  • Proven track record of building or scaling ABM from a foundation stage through to run-rate and measurable pipeline contribution

  • Multi-thread enterprise experience - running named-account campaigns across decision committees, C-suite through practitioner

  • Pipeline-impact metrics in past roles - you have measured, improved and can defend ABM attribution to revenue

  • People-leadership experience - hired, developed and managed ABM Specialists or equivalent direct reports

  • Marketing-automation and account-intelligence platform fluency (HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase or equivalent)

  • Demonstrated senior-partner credibility with Sales leadership at VP / SVP level

  • US Enterprise ABM experience strongly preferred (Precision for All / US health-system focus)

  • Pharma, diagnostic, life-sciences or health-technology sector exposure preferred

  • Experience representing ABM at ExCo or Board level in a prior scale-up or platform business preferred

  • Track record of contributing to broader demand or Growth Marketing strategy beyond ABM preferred
