About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Drive portfolio revenue growth across Northwest Europe by managing key maritime accounts and consistently exceeding annual sales targets.

Identify, cultivate, and close strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with evolving client intelligence needs.

Serve as a commercial business partner, contributing directly to sales forecasting, multi-year planning, demand analysis, and pipeline metrics.

Gather direct market, product, and competitor intelligence from client interactions to inform Kpler's product roadmap and commercial strategy.

Maintain rigorous CRM data integrity in Salesforce to support transparent forecasting and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Negotiate multi-year contracts and commercial terms that secure profitable agreements while maintaining full compliance with company policies.
Experience & Background
Extensive commercial experience within B2B account management or sales roles.
Direct domain exposure to the maritime, energy, or commodities sectors (with maritime experience strongly preferred).
Proven background selling data, analytics, or SaaS platforms within technology or data vendor environments.
Demonstrated track record of driving account expansion, generating outbound opportunities, and closing complex deals.
Strong negotiation capabilities paired with an active, proactive commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and willingness to travel across Northwest Europe as needed.
