(Senior) Accountant (m/f/d)

Overview

Your mission

• Accounting of multiple entities of the Greencells Group, including sub-ledgers and general ledger
• Ensuring VAT compliance in an international group environment
• Maintenance, quality assurance and continuous development of master data management
• Active involvement in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Processing, managing and monitoring international payment transactions
• Supporting group intercompany accounting and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Designing, implementing and continuously improving internal control systems (ICS)
• Preparing meaningful analyses and management reports
• Participating in interdisciplinary and international projects as well as supporting process and system improvements

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting or a comparable role, ideally in an international corporate environment
• Solid experience and knowledge in VAT
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong hands-on mentality, high level of independence and willingness to take ownership
• Team-oriented, reliable and structured working style
