Senior Accountant, Office of Accounting and Tax (temporary assignment during replacement of the primary staff member)

The Private Institution 'Nazarbayev University Research Administration' (NURA) is responsible for implementing research and development projects and programs at the University, as well as providing research administration services to faculty and researchers on behalf of the University.

Accounting in accordance with international financial reporting standards; 

Formation of the accounting policy of the Institution and monitoring its compliance;

Settlement of transactions concluded by the Institution;

Control over the availability and movement of the Institution's property, the rational use of material and financial resources, the safety of money and material values;

Tax accounting, formation of tax accounting policy and control over its compliance and implementation of other tasks assigned to the Division.

Qualifications

Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field

One to three years,  experience in foreign exchange operations

Additional Information

High level of PC ownership (Microsoft Office, etc.), the use of specialized software (1C, SAP)
