GBN are looking for someone who has senior level experience in a busy accounts office within the UK.
Preference will be given to someone who has worked for a freight/logistics company. If they have used software like Multi freight and/or Open Accounts systems then that would be ideal.
The position involves:
- Liaising with clients and foreign agents
- Reconciling statements in the Multifreight/OpenAccounts system
- Making payments to suppliers
- Filing
- General office duties
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good data entry speed are important in this role.
Hours are 08:30-17:30 but you will be required to do some overtime when required.
