Sr. ADK / LangGraph Engineer — Federal and DoD Programs

About the Role
PGTEK is seeking a Sr. ADK / LangGraph Engineer to support our L400 Advanced Development capability. You will build the agent workflows that plan, route, use tools, and stop safely for mission-critical Google Cloud and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement typed state, nodes, routing, persistence, tool contracts, termination, tests, tracing, and deployment
• Design solutions using advanced Python, Google ADK, LangGraph, Pydantic, async systems, and tool calling
• Apply least-privilege and secure practices throughout delivery
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
• Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities and customer briefings

Requirements

• 7+ years of software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, systems, or AI engineering experience
• 3+ years of advanced hands-on experience in production or regulated environments
• Deep experience with Advanced Python, Google ADK, LangGraph, Pydantic, async systems, tool calling, memory, testing, and Cloud Run/GKE

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience architecting agentic, GraphRAG, or AI-security systems
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer or generative AI skill badges

Clearance & Location
Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred. Hybrid or remote with travel to customer sites (~10–25%). Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred.
