(Senior) Agentic AI Developer

Primary Functions and Tasks:

As a (Senior) Agentic AI Developer, you will play a key role within a collaborative team dedicated to driving the adoption of Generative AI in an enterprise environment.

Your primary responsibility will be the development of innovative technical solutions, with a strong focus on Agentic AI technologies:

• Develop Agentic AI platforms and software solutions that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into complex enterprise system landscapes.

• Contribute deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructures, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Apply strong full-stack development skills, with particular expertise in FastAPI and React.

• Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams, working closely with DevOps and CI/CD platforms while supporting modern software delivery practices.

We are looking for: 

• Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable STEM discipline.

• Several years of professional experience with programming languages and technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proven experience delivering Agentic AI solutions in consulting or industry environments, including knowledge of authentication mechanisms and secure operational practices.

• Familiarity with deploying air-gapped systems and implementing web application security standards, including OWASP guidelines, ISO certifications, or comparable frameworks.

• Excellent English language skills and complemented by strong communication skills across all organizational levels. Good German proficiency is a plus.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with flat hierarchies.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
