Senior AI Agentic Developer – Requirements & Service Integration (f/m/x)

As an AI Agentic Developer, you will design and implement intelligent AI solutions and modern AI services that support requirements engineering, software integration, and business processes. You will work on production-oriented solutions and actively drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies within Business IT.

• Design and develop AI solutions and agentic workflows to support requirements engineering, specification management, and software integration
• Conceptualize and implement AI-based services for analyzing documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems
• Develop production-ready AI solutions and implement modern agentic AI technologies (e.g., tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration)
• Contribute to proof of concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs), while analyzing, documenting, and continuously optimizing AI services and integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases

Qualifications

• Completed degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally using High Level Languages like C#, C++, Rust, Java. Knowledge in Python or Typescript is helpful.
• Strong background in Software Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, including API-based integration
• Knowledge of agentic AI systems, including tool calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes
• Experience with modern agent frameworks and coding tools like copilot, claude, kimi or comparable technologies
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, container technologies (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data privacy requirements for production AI solutions
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
