What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end information management lifecycle for project and financing data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness across systems.
- Support critical transactions (acquisitions, refinancings, corporate financings) by managing data workflows, tracking progress, and proactively driving closure of open items with internal and external stakeholders
- Interpret and validate key commercial and financial terms from agreements (e.g., debt documents, swaps, contracts), ensuring completeness and consistency of underlying data
- Oversee and continuously improve centralized data repositories, including data structures, governance standards, and version control practices
- Partner with Treasury, Asset Management, and accounting teams to maintain high-quality datasets (e.g., debt, hedging, contractual obligations) and resolve discrepancies or data gaps
- Manage and enhance investor reporting processes and platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective exception handling
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort by leveraging automation, AI tools, and scalable data solutions
- Contribute to the development of data architecture, reporting frameworks, and best practices to improve usability and decision-making across teams
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in information management, financial data management, or contracts management
- Ability to interpret agreements and financial documents, with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and applying judgment beyond first-pass data extraction
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured datasets; ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile data
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliably in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams
- Exposure to automation, data tools, or AI-enabled workflows (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar), with the ability to improve processes and reduce manual effort preferred
