This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting to supportbusiness decision-making. The Senior Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvement in data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Business Partnership

Partner with Merchandising, Planning,Finance, DC, Logisticsteams to understand business needs and translate them into analytics and reporting solutions

Manage and prioritize reporting requests, identifying opportunities to leverage existing solutions vs. new builds

Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and tailor outputs to support effective decision-making

Analytics & Insights

Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting merchandise flow and operational performance

Apply strong critical thinking and businessacumento validate outputs and proactively identify areas requiring deeper analysis

Reporting & Dashboard Development

Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel,Fabric, Snowflake) to develop data models, visualizations, and reporting

Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency

Explore and prototype new analytics tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

What We Are Looking For: You.

3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting (retail, supply chain, or operations preferred)

Bachelor’s Degreein Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners

Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI,Snowflake, Alteryx/Fabric, or similar BI tools preferred

Experience building dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
