Senior Architect

bbf:is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services.

Currently, bbf:is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Architect to join our Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the design and preparation of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Review client feedback and market requirements, making necessary design adjustments.
• Develop and present alternative design solutions to clients.
• Oversee the preparation of sales and marketing materials for projects.
• Conduct design verification and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, managers, and clients to achieve project goals.
• Provide design expertise and quality control support throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with external consultants, ensuring alignment during design and construction phases.
  

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (5-year program), registered with ETEK.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.
• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Archicad, Revit) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction within a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
• Extensive knowledge of planning and building permit procedures across jurisdictions in Cyprus.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
