Senior Art Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Template Specialist to join the Fifth Element team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing templates that streamline our creative and operational processes. Your work will ensure consistency across projects and help maintain efficiency within our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design and visual develop of campaigns, creating concepts that inspire both clients and your team.
• Develop comps, mockups, storyboards, and final assets across multiple channels.
• Partner with copywriters and other creatives to ensure ideas come to life seamlessly and powerfully.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining high standards for craft, brand consistency, and deadlines.
• Contribute to creative strategy and help shape the visual voice of the brands you work on.
• Push ideas further, sweat the details, and know when to refine to deliver the strongest possible work.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Advertising, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 3-4years of experience in an advertising agency
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your expertise in creative thinking, the written (or spoken) word, and the results of your compelling and emotionally engaging work

Pay Range- $90,000-$110,000
