Your Impact
At GALE Partners, the Senior Associate, Paid Search manages performance outcomes paid search accounts. This roles requires strong autonomy, experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights, and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution.

Who you are
- 2+ years’ experience directly related to Search Engine Marketing (Google, Bing, etc.) with a focus on pacing and optimizing within accounts.
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, SearchAds360 (DoubleClick) etc.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Advanced in keyword analysis, campaign structure, SEM strategy, and writing of ad copy.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate data clearly and effectively in person and in writing.
