Key Responsibilities

- Train, mentor, and supervise junior operators and plant staff

- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure raw materials are properly stored, handled, and replenished as needed
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plant operations or engineering is a plus

Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete batching or related plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of batching systems, concrete mix designs, and quality control standards

Proficient in operating computerized batching systems and plant automation software
