Job Description

• Dunning call for Front end and Mid-range collections and improve productivity (cover Pre-Call: Pre Delinquent – 60 DPD or Pre NPL) and support other/special assignments.
• Provide useful advice to customers and help them to repay constantly
• Analyst customers’ credit and support, prepare all document required for related teams such as RM, CRT or GRD booking team
• Provide collection feedback to supervisor or related units if any irregular case is found

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good negotiation skills
• Good mindset of services and fast learning skills
• Able to work under pressure and tension
• Experience in debt collection management, especially in SME, secured or mortgage loan
• Knowledge of collection, regulatory and tools
