Our IT team is looking for a Senior Build Engineer to strengthen our capabilities and evolve our pipelines at scale. We're looking for an experienced person to take ownership of the entire build function and drive real standardization of processes across our productions.

In this role you will :

  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate build, cook, packaging, and deployment processes, including the management of debug symbols and artifacts.
  • Administer and optimize build infrastructure, including build agents, distributed compilation, caching, and artifact storage.
  • Diagnose and resolve build failures, reduce compilation times, and improve pipeline stability and observability (metrics, alerts, dashboards).
  • Document systems and procedures (Confluence) and train teams on their use.
  • What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in build engineering or CI/CD infrastructure, ideally within the video game industry.
  • Strong expertise with a CI/CD orchestration platform (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent), including writing pipelines as code.
  • Solid experience with Perforce (streams, basic administration, CI integration) or an equivalent large-scale source control system.
  • Excellent scripting skills in Python and/or C#, PowerShell, or Bash. Experience with Unreal Engine build systems (UnrealBuildTool, UnrealAutomationTool, BuildGraph) or a comparable game engine.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.

  • Concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer les pipelines CI/CD;
  • Automatiser les processus de build, de cook, de packaging et de déploiement, incluant la gestion des symboles de débogage et des artefacts;
  • Administrer et optimiser l'infrastructure de compilation : agents de build, distribution de compilation, caching, stockage d'artefacts;
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les échecs de build, réduire les temps de compilation et améliorer la stabilité et l'observabilité des pipelines (métriques, alertes, tableaux de bord);
  • Documenter les systèmes et les procédures (Confluence) et former les équipes à leur utilisation.
  • Ce que nous recherchons :

  • 7 ans et plus d'expérience en build engineering ou infrastructure CI/CD, idéalement dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo;
  • Maîtrise d'un orchestrateur CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI ou équivalent), incluant l'écriture de pipelines as code;
