DBC Philippines is the shared services company of Deep Blue Company (DBC) - an innovative Australian scale-up reimagining the experience in the 'sale to settlement' for residential property buyers, sellers and real estate agents across Australia. Our group of brands includes Conveyancing.com.au, First Class Legal and bytherules - three leading Property Law firms.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claude AI Specialist to assess organisational structures, operating models, and business processes, and develop AI-enabled transformation strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a central role in organisational design, business transformation, change management, and Generative AI, with a focus on leveraging Claude AI to drive sustainable organisational change.

You will be responsible for: 

• Conduct organisational and operating model reviews
• Assess AI readiness and identify transformation opportunities
• Design AI-enabled business processes and operating models
• Develop AI transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Recommend organizational redesign and workforce transformation initiatives
• Lead stakeholder workshops and executive engagements
• Support AI adoption, change management, and business initiatives
• Provide strategic advice on AI implementation and business value realisation

Your required experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5 - 7+ years' experience in business transformation, consulting, organisational development, or digital transformation
• 3+ years' experience working with Generative AI solutions, including Claude AI, ChatGPT or similar
• Strong background in organisational reviews, process improvement, and change management
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

• conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
• main internet: wired internet of at least 100mbps
• reliable back up internet: at least 20mbps speed
