(Senior) Consultant Tech Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You combine business and technology expertise and create value for mid-sized and large enterprises, for example by driving internal efficiency improvements, enabling new business opportunities, or supporting expansion.
• You advise international clients on the status quo of business processes, requirements, system architectures, data models, and technology strategies, and define target states and roadmaps including required investments.
• You support clients in the implementation of complex business transformation projects, from concept development and rollout planning to configuration, testing, and training of modern enterprise software solutions.
• You take responsibility for project management activities using both traditional and agile methodologies, including stakeholder communication as well as budget and timeline management.
• You actively contribute to internal sales and lead generation efforts, for example through workshops, research, marketing initiatives, or project presentations.

What we require:

• You hold an excellent university degree in Computer Science, (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a technical focus (Master’s degree preferred).
• You bring initial relevant practical experience at the intersection of business and (digital) technology, for example through internships or working student roles.
• You ideally have additional experience in the integration of business systems such as ERP, CRM, or MarTech systems, as well as in cloud technologies or IT strategy.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for (digital) technologies and have a solid understanding of current trends and technological advancements.
• You possess strong analytical skills in evaluating and developing technology-driven business models.
• You have very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented, highly motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
