About the Role
We’re looking for a fast-learning and dynamic Senior Corporate Counsel, based in our San Francisco office, to lead corporate governance matters for Nium’s global subsidiaries and support governance for our parent company. In this role, you will oversee the management of entities worldwide, including preparing and coordinating board meetings and approvals, and ensuring compliance with governance requirements across our regulatory licenses. You will also play a key role in strategic legal projects spanning M&A, fundraising, equity, IP, and employment.
