About the role 

SmartDev is a Creatio implementation partner delivering enterprise CRM programmes for banks and other regulated institutions. Our current engagement is a multi-segment banking CRM — retail, corporate, Islamic and private banking — running on a customer-managed on-premises deployment. 

We have a team in training. This role is different: we need someone who is already certified and already productive, who can start configuring from week one and set the standard for the people coming up behind them. 

You build the working system in the platform: objects and sections, business processes in the BPMN designer, dynamic cases, Freedom UI pages, access rights, dashboards. You demo your work to the client directly, and you hold the configuration-first line — making the case that the product already solves a requirement rather than passing it into development. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

• Active Creatio No-Code Creator certification (or Creatio Administration and Configuration certification). This is a hard requirement for this opening — we run a separate funded training track for non-certified candidates. 

• 3+ years configuring Creatio on real client implementations, not sandbox work. 

• Depth in the platform data model, BPMN process designer, DCM, Freedom UI, organisational and functional roles, record- and column-level access rights. 

• Experience taking requirements from business stakeholders and turning them into configured, accepted functionality. 

• Understanding of where configuration ends and development begins, and the judgement to defend that boundary. 

• English at B2 or above — the client is an international bank. 

Strong advantages 

• Banking, lending or financial services implementations. 

• Freedom UI depth, including migration from Classic UI. 

• On-premises deployments with multiple promotion environments. 

• Bilingual or RTL interface work. 

• Experience mentoring analysts new to the platform.

What you will own 

• Configuration of assigned functional areas end to end, through SIT, UAT and acceptance. 

• Fit-gap participation with bank SMEs, and the gap register entries that follow from it. 

• Review of configurations produced by analysts currently in certification training. 

• Proof-of-concept builds for client gates and presales demos.
