About Us

IC Funded is the proprietary trading arm of the IC Markets group, providing capital to skilled traders in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. We're growing our support function and looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team.

The Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our traders and clients — resolving queries, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience across all touchpoints (live chat, email, and phone).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client and trader inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels
• Troubleshoot account, platform, and trading-related issues, escalating where necessary
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM/support system
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, payments, compliance) to resolve client issues
• Identify recurring issues and feed back to the team for process improvement
• Uphold service standards in line with regulatory requirements (ASIC/CySEC/MiFID II)

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• A second language is required; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
• Comfortable working independently during evening/night shift hours
• Prior experience in customer support, fintech, or trading/brokerage is a plus — but not essential; all experience levels welcome
• Based in Cyprus preferred, but open to remote candidates in a compatible time zone
