In Buenos Aires (Hybrid: 3 days on-site in Capital Federal) within the Banking & Financial Services industry, we are actively seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer to strengthen our team dedicated to core banking solutions.

In your role you'll become a vital member of a skilled team of professionals. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, developing, and maintaining core banking applications focused on account management and financial products. This is you

• Senior experience in development and maintenance of core banking systems.

• Strong expertise in COBOL (Batch and Online), DB2, CICS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and SQL.

• Solid functional domain knowledge in Accounts (Savings, Checking, Time Deposits), Liability Products, and Payment Services.

• Based in Capital Federal or Buenos Aires with availability to work on-site 3 days a week.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools for mainframe environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

This is your role

• Develop, test, and maintain robust core banking applications using COBOL, DB2, and CICS.

• Analyze functional requirements related to accounts, time deposits, and payment services to design efficient technical solutions.

• Optimize batch processes (JCL) and online components to ensure high system performance and reliability.
