Job Title: Senior Developer - IDMS / ADSO
Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 10+ yrs
Technical/Functional Skills: IDMS/ADSO, COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2
Experience Required
1. Proficient in developing and maintaining applications in IDMS / ADSO (Must have skill)
2. Experience working in a wide variety of project situations.
3. Experience in working for Insurance clients (Must have requirement)
4. Knowledgeable in various mainframe languages, databases, transaction processors and tools
5. Prior experience in working on core policy administration systems for a life Insurance Carrier will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Perform Production Support and enhancements on IBM mainframe based systems
2. Effectively liaise with customer to understand mainframe systems and document the same
Generic Managerial Skills
1. Ability to manage own work and ensure compliance to SLA’s
2. Should be able to work well in a team
Education: Bachelor’s Degree and above
